Shipping policy

 

Prints and parcels are shipped within 4-7 business days.

If you do not receive your product within 10 business days please get in touch via e-mail hello@kate-aspen.com

 

For strength and protection Prints will be shipped flat in a cellophane bag inside a board backed envelope and T-shirts will be shipped wrapped in tissue paper in a recyclable and waterproof poly mailer bag.

 

Kate Aspen is not responsible for parcels lost by the postal service, but please get in touch if your parcel has not arrived. 

 

International customers:

All orders are sent via international tracked airmail. You will have a tracking number sent to you within your order confirmation email.

 

Please note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country. Kate Aspen is not responsible for these fees.

 

International orders should arrive in between 7-14 working days, but could be longer depending on your location, so please be patient and contact me if you require any info regarding your purchase or delivery.  

 

UK customers:

I send all letter orders as second class. Packages are shipped first class standard delivery without tracking.
